Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non‑defective items. Products must be in new or slightly used condition, and we cannot accept items that are intentionally damaged, heavily worn, or missing essential parts. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) and any order placed after 5 PM is processed the next business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, so the total delivery window is about 3–10 business days, though actual transit time may vary.
